Step 1: View our screening criteria.
Step 2: View our home rentals.
Step 3: Schedule a showing by emailing us the address, your phone number and 3 times you will be available. We will reply with an appointment.
Step 4: If you liked the property:
(Required) Fill out and pay for the application on the rental ad.
(Recommended) You may pay the showing assistant $500 to secure the property for 3 days and preserve your priority in line. Only if you fail the background
check will the reservation funds be returned, otherwise it is applied toward your rent. If you decide not to rent, it is not refunded.
Step 5: Call us to check up on your application 15 minutes after submission, if all went well, you may already be approved.
Step 6:
Request, fill out and sign a lease agreement and the disclosures (for electronic signatures)
How to e-sign tutorial:
1. All attachments and faxes must be completed before the signature will complete.

view our Move-in & Move-out videos.
